Holiday Blahs

It's time for some actual fandom discussion (must get this forum on track somehow):
What do you do to keep enthusiasm up over holidays? Right now everyone is so busy that posting at my clubs is as an all-time low. While I understand that and find myself too busy to reply to posts myself, is there some suggestion to keep things moving?

I'd have to agree. Posting has been really slow, and when you're on school break, time drags :-) Busy work for me- NPC list, Hold map, prodding people. I'm usually patient, but long days alone bug me.

I am excited because my queen at NRW finally rose, and I'm prepping a clutch post, which I have never done before. I know Arolos usually does themes to theirs, but at NRW we tend to let people name their own dragons. Though I don't mind saying that anyone in our club will have to expect the unexpected with this clutch. ~grin~

Hmm.. suggestions. Start new threads? Directly target the people you know are available with threads? :ok:

For two Weyrs, we just kept up some ongoing threads with very active members, but nothing new was started til this month. Two out of five went completely dead, and one had some sporadic activity, again with thraeads that have been going on since Nov./early Dec. I'm about to kick-start it with something major now though.
