I read a book a few years ago. I can't remember the author od title, but it was about some children who had new neighbours move next to them. They seemed like perfectly normal older ladies, but somewhere between the start and end of the book, they showed that they had 'powers' The bit that sticks in my mind the most was the bit when the old woman/centaur people took the children to other dimensions and took them to a 2D world. Anyone have an idea as to what it is called?
