Any Liaden fans out there? These are really good books. SciFi with a romantic angle and people who use psi powers.

The name of the series is The Liaden Universe. The first book to be read is Partner's in Necessity, which incorporates the first three books written into one. The next book is Pilot's Choice. Really good books. I think their website is called Korval, but you can get to it by Googling Liaden.

Murphy, at the OKT, Pam and I used to joke that we seemed to be the only ones who had read the Liaden Novels. She and I recommended them to everyone, but with so many recommendations floating around the site, people tend to go with those that have more people talking about them.

There are so many great characters, the plots are solid, and well paced.

When I ordered Balance of Trade, I did it through Meisha Merlin Publishing from a link on the Korval site. I was fortunate enough to get one of the signed copies that they had available. I was thrilled! :hopping:

I just ordered Crystal Soldier from B&N. They sent me an email yesterday saying there would be a delay of 1 - 3 days. Meisha Merlin is getting slower and slower in getting books out. I hope they stay in business because I really like the Liaden books.
