In the quick links menu at the top of the forum you can choose to view new posts. Do you?

Yes.
Ever since I found out about the option on the old KT, it's been mostly the only way I use of checking new posts. Only if I want to quickly find a specific thread in a specific forum do I click on the link to that forum. View New Posts just saves times since I won't have to go through each forum seperately, plus I get to see interesting threads in forums I might not visit otherwise.

No.
I surf the boards on my own, sometimes returning to threads already visited, sometimes not.

You bet! It is the best way to go, in my opinion.
The only thing I don't like about the way it works on this version of vB, is each time I come back to the page, it doesn't rearrange everything according to post date/time like it did at the KTBB.
But I suppose I shall adapt.

I guess im weird then. I go to the C&RP, then the Bottom, then the lounge, then the DRoP, then The rest of the activity center.

I have done once or twice but generally forget that the option is there and just wander around from place to place, adding comment where I feel like it...
I really oughta do this though, it'd help me spot a whole wealth of threads I no doubt miss out on because I never get to that forum...
