Could we Ask AM?

Is there anyway we could get in touch with AM and actually ask her ARE you making another book/s for the freedom series when can we expect it?

as i like most of you love the series and wanna read more of it does any 1 know away that we can talk to her? on a chat site or maybe physically ring her or som 1 could fly to ireland knock on her door and say hi! are you going to write another freedom book? provided shes not off touring?

It's been talked about before. It doesn't look like there will be another one. I've read somewhere that she's working on another Pern book and at her age, I'm not sure how many more she has in her. :sad:

aye thats true but is there any actual way to ask her if she intends to write another 1 it says in book 4 that she had an oonline chat thing but i cant find that anywhere when i googled it

What what I've seen when Anne gets asked these questions at conventions, she gets really tired of being asked "are you going to write another book in XXX series." (Though she does appreciate hearing that people like series other than Pern.)

Her answer is always that if and when she gets an idea for a plot for another book, then she'll write it. Most of her series are already longer than she expected them to be -- I've seen interviews that she never planned to write a 3rd Crystal Singer. The fourth Freedom book was a surprise as was the last Tower and Hive book. So if she's struck with an idea for a 5th Freedom book, then she'll write it. But I'd say the chances are low because she hasn't been writting much of anything for a couple years now -- when's the last time she published a book that wasn't co-authored?
