(And mind, I've not got any in my second piercings right now -- I'm AFRAID to re-open those.) This is largely because I am horrible about losing earrings. I've lost so many valuable earrings, I don't even want to think about it.

But the boyfriend bought me such a beautiful pair of dangly, stainless steel lillies for our anniversary, I've decided to try to start wearing them again.

Oh wow, that's kind of terrifying. The only other scary story I've heard about sleeping with studs in your ears (versus your bed, dur hurr) is my bff, back in the day, when they removed her earrings, the back of it was completely tangled in her hair (she has super fine hair) so they ended up tearing/taking off a good 4 inch chunk of twisted, knotted hair out with them.

I'm so nervous--I'm spending next weekend with my cousin (3 whole days...) She's about 12 and is used to being considered an adult in conversations, which doesn't exactly go over well with my folks. I have to play referee and keep her entertained during all the holidays. Don't get me wrong, I love her to death, I'm just only used to keeping the family sane for 6 hours at a time, much less 3 days...

Do many of your teachers read out scores or tell people positions in class? If so what sort of positions do they name? It's not something I do. I always give back scores to individual people and just give the top score and class average where appropriate.

Our English teacher just gives us the option; mark read out or come to her for it privately? Then she'll read out the top two scores and who got them and if it is a test or exam (this was just practice), she'll read the average.

I've got two holes in each ear, but I'm so, so, SO bad about wearing earrings, I have to practically re-pierce the holes when I do decide to wear any. (And mind, I've not got any in my second piercings right now -- I'm AFRAID to re-open those.) This is largely because I am horrible about losing earrings. I've lost so many valuable earrings, I don't even want to think about it.

But the boyfriend bought me such a beautiful pair of dangly, stainless steel lillies for our anniversary, I've decided to try to start wearing them again.

And I think I paid about $20 for these, too. ;> Maybe a little less. But sometimes it's worth it to shell out for something really sparkly! :D

If you are "degreeable" before your four years are up they axe your financial aid since you can theoretically graduate with a major and a minor, even if you want to, say, double major or something within the four years. So I have to make sure that I don't fulfill the requirements for graduation this coming semester. :roll:
