I have watched about three episodes of this show so far. I find it a pretty good show if you can ignore the twin hosts' mistakes.
My favorite episode so far was the 67 VW Beetle.
They gave two teams Identicle Beetles to buid up into high performance and gave them eight hours to do it in.
Now at first I though. Eight hours to rebuild a VW air-cooled engine? Okay, tight but doable, that is a decent challenge. Then as I watched, I nearly choked, they gave the teams eight hours to do a basic turnkey engine and tranny swap. (turnkey = engine that is complete all you have to do is drop it in hook it up and turn the key)
I personally can do what they asked in three hours and they gave these teams eight.
Then of course I noticed the ineptitude of the teams, it took them all of eight hours to do this and they fried the new distrubutors while doing it.
Now after they got done, they went head to head in a drag race winner takes both cars.
Just wondering if anyone else has watched this show and what they thought about it.
