What happened to Power Play bad guys?

Just finished paperback edition of Power Play. Torkel Fiske and Matthew Luzon got arrested, but there was no further mention of what then happened to them. Mine must have been an abridged edition. Anyone know the disposition of these two rotten no-goodniks? Did they get sent out into space on a one-way trip in a capsule? That, by the way, is a truly ingeniously fiendish capital punishment idea by McCaffrey and Scarborough --
we should expedite figuring out how to implement it.

No, there is no further mention of them - since the mandatory punishment for kidnapping has already been described, it's not necessary.

I was about to comment about the way none of the characters bothered about the consequences of setting up the arrest when they have so much concern about Dinah, but then again, the planet is a bit gruesome in it's punishments!
