The new rules say you can still register games even though it is no longer neccissary; however, I have been unable to find /where/ this must be done. Any information would be appreciated.

I presume it would fall under; "Any other website related matter not listed above."

Please clarify? "Any other website related matter not listed above." where? I looked through the "Worlds of Anne McCaffrey" site and could not find the answer to the question. Are you speaking of that site or another site?

If you go to Anne's site http://annemccaffrey.net/ and hit the FAQ tab, then the Contact Information tab, that's where the link is.
As it's the only one that is suitable, I'd suggest you type your question and send it there.
