No, it certainly does not. As advised on the index page:
"The place to post both fiction, based upon the works of Anne McCaffrey, and your own original fiction."

Ahhh, but does that rule out other Fan Fiction?

Ooh goodie, I didn't realize you could post non-sci fi/fanstasy stories. I wasn't posting one of my stories because it wasn't AMC related. But what's the limit on how long it can be? Mine is about 5,600 words, is that too much?

We suggest erring on the side of caution. While we know about Anne's copyright issues we can't be sure of other SF writer's copyrights and as such cannot risk allowing the site to come into disrepute.
Re lengh of posts: How about breaking it up into chapters of, say, 1000words and posting a new one every few days - keeps the interest up too

Most other 'Franchises' have few problems with it Lily, so long as you put the proper disclaimer on it. (If you want to know what I mean, go to my Story CHOICES in PF)

We are sure they don't have problems with it, Kug. However to allow other works to be used would mean that Lily and I have to go and check every author to ensure that we have not allowed a broach of copyright. That's why we would prefer you post either your own work or your fan fiction based on the worlds of Anne McCaffrey.
Sorry if I sound a bit like a wet blanket, but I would hate to see the site sued because Lily or I missed something.
