My place may say Ohio, but sadly folks, for awhile, I will be LOA for a Flordidian move. I will be in the Tampa area and I am intrested in meeting some of you who may live around me or in other parts of Fldia...

Lots of good people to gather with in Florida,Tampa area.

Two years ago I went to a March gather at a state park beach on the south side of Tampa. C'Jun, Koolness, Auburn, RodeoMom and some other people.It was fun. I took cookies, made bubblie pies over a charcoal grill, Had a fire lizard egg hunt.

Most of those people are over at BPOI if not here. Koolness has the Pernese Friends site.

Good luck. I'll be down in a year and a half when I retire.

I know Bullbound will be coming prolly if we do one. I'll be living in Claerwater or Dunedian, I forgwet, but were close to Tampa so it shouldn't be a problem.

I remember that March gather, I couldn't make it due to classes back then. I'm in the University of South Florida area for the time being, so send me a PM and maybe we can arrange something. You might even be able to meet someo of the people I've talked about in the WLT. I haven't met Faren yet, but she lives a few hours away from Tampa. Maybe you can contact her and meet her too.

What is LOA? Just out of curiosity, why are you coming to Florida for the rainy season?

I already have plans to be down in Florida to visit my Mom (Duxsmom - new member as of 3 days ago) from the 21st to the 26th of July. My sister (Sucker1) will be in as well from the 19th to the 24th.

It's kind of short notice for a full gather but maybe we could all pick some restaurant and take it over the evening of the 25th? There's bound to be something close to the I-75 that everyone could get to.

In any case - it might be better if those who live in Florida pick a place and date and we'll be there if we can get there. *sighs* I would like to have gotten together with you guys, but as I'm so iffy I don't want arrangements being made around my schedule and then not be able to make it. :(
