I say go buy em, now! :D
I personally like them better than Pern.
But read them in order........ ;)

They have the ominbus edition *(all three books in one)* on Amazon; http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/0345402928/qid=1114636082/sr=1-4/ref=sr_1_4/104-6662804-6588702?v=glance&s=books

What's the order?
Crystal Singer.
Killashandra.
Crystal line.

But if you get the "all in one" then no need to worry, eh? ;)

I second the suggestion to read them in order. I didn't, and the drama in the first book had all the impact of a strand of wet spaghetti when I knew how it'd turn out.

You might could try a local used book store. Then again you could probably go to this website Barnes and Nobles (www.bn.com) look in the used book section. Good luck and Good reading. :D

I love these books and I hope you enjoy them too. I also strongly recommend reading them in order even though the very existence of the next two have to be a BIG clue about the drama of the first.

Just be PB tho.......they don't do the trilogy in one volume in HB

Have to add my enthusiasm for the Crystal Singers series. One of Anne's better creations IMO. and one that has spawned a lot of discussion, both here and the OKT...

I'd agree, they must be read in order and although the third book is by far the weaker, it's still important to get the full story.

I'm sure it'll leave you wanting more when you get a hold of the books, if you've not already ;)

Definitely one of the best series she has. I play on a Mush based on the Crystal Singer Trilogy and it's fun. There are two Mushes based on the series, Crystal Dreams Mush and Crystal Mush, both set at different points in the book. Crystal Mush though is by far the better I find of the two games. I've played both. :)

I muchly recommend this series. And the wet noodle example really happens if you read it out of order. But it's good. happy reading!

Don't get the separate paperbacks. Mine fell apart and lost most of their pages, especially Crystal Singer.

Where did you find all of them in HC at? I need to replace my paperbacks since my oldest destroyed them when he was a toddler. What is the name of the full book?

I bought mine off of Ebay. :ok: There's usually quite a few of them on there.

Hmmm, I don't understand your last question. Which book are you wanting the name of?

Does it go by simply "The Crystal Singer Trilogy" in the HC form?

Oh, you're thinking we meant all three books in 1 hard cover? Sorry. :sorry: There's no such thing...that I know of anyway. (Someone tell me if I'm wrong. :help: )

We were talking about a trade we made - my HC copies of Crystal Singer & Crystal Line to Bane in exchange for HC copies of Freedom's Landing & Nerilka's Story. :D

There is an omnibus edition, but I've only seen it in softcover.

Ah, I knew someone would speak up if there was one. I've never seen it...but then I've never looked for it either. Thanks, Jozell! :ok:
