I am drawing a blank! That blasted scene started something. Now I need to find two other "branches" that would fit along with the priesthood in the story. The Sha Droi are the Warriors, the Judges, and the Hunters (and that ISN'T what you probably think). The Mo Droi are the Healers, the Teachers, and the Historians. So far, under the title Pe Droi, I have only the Priest/esses. I need two more subdivisions!

Why don't you spilt the roles, making each seperate. Then you'll have enough.
If not, how about builders, farmers, artists, craftspeople...?

I think that Tabra made a good suggestion. If you think along the lines of what other professions could be used in support of the priesthood you would come up with architects and builders for the churches, artisans to decorate them, musicians and harpers to spread the Word, etc.
Then there are the other accepted 'churchie' titles like acolytes, monks, and nuns.
You have the judges in the other group so it would sort of make sense to put the administrative side of government in this one with magistrates, mayors, tax assessors, marshals, sheriffs, etc. being on their side.
Hope this helps.

On the other hand, you could look to popular Hellenic religion.
You had your normal priests, then you had wandering priests who purified places, people, etc., and you had the oracles.
Thus : priests, purifiers, and oracles...? :2cent:

This is actually closest to what I did:
There are the Sagart, the priest/esses; the Ciomhde, the Mediators (between human and two other not-exactly human groups); and the Tighinn, the Messangers (seers, prophets, ect..)
MOST of the society of Dome is based on triads or some multiple of 3. There are 12 clans, 12 sections to Oisinn Droicht, 12 districts within the city....
What can I say? I'm Pagan, and these numbers just keep showing up!

I've not read your story in full yet, so this may not work, but those divisions look like they could almost be defined along the lines of present, past, future... or the changing, static and unknown. Warriors, judges and hunters (however that last is interpreted) would seem to have to deal with the here and now, current issues and consequences. Healers, teachers and historians are all working on facts, known quantities. Healers working on their known understanding of the human body, and returning it to its normal state after illness or injury. Historians doing the same thing for society generally, and teachers presenting that and other information to a group of learners. The third category is the unknown, the what might be, interpreting the way people should act... I'd add philosophers/scientists(/maybe also sorcerors in a fantasy setting) to this list, along with artists.... all trying to interpret/understand the ineffable in teir own way.
