Dragon*Con NKT breakfast?

Alright I know, you ar eall thinking "Can we do this?"

yes we can. I know you guys to well, you'll do anything in honour of Anne.

SO

JJMouse and I were thinking last night up in the ChatRoom.

And I hatched onto this brilliant plan!!!

This is my fisrt time ever going to D*C

So, if we want to do this, I/We need help:

Where can we go?
Where will they allow so many of us to meet?
Is there a possible was we can ,meet up at a Hotel at 1045 and walk down to D*C?

Just questions, and a thoughful idea. feedback please!!

Hmmm, okay. If you want a place where we can meet and have a snack type breakfast the Lounge area on I think it's the "main" floor of the Marriott (the one that has all the comfy lounge chairs and the restaurant, entrance to the pool/exercise room, and walkway over to the other hotel) that has a fairly large amount of seating. What day were you planning on this? It would definitely be fun if Anne would join us as well, but I would not count on that. However, sounds like fun!

that's a good idea Cilla, this is my first time going, so any ideas will be greatly appreciated. we can take a vote after we get a few more ideas and choose one final one, and aggre on exact timing...m'kay?

Don't forget Saturday morning is the parade. Everyone in it meets down at the park (can't remember the name) at a certain time. Maybe meeting for breakfast before that and walking down together?

Or there's a McDonald's just up the street, you could get something to go and take it TO the park with you.

Or pick a different morning.

I meant Sunday Moody. :) I knew about the parade... can't do it Monday, cause people will be leaving can't do it friday cause I want to actually be there to do it!

Well, for me, it all depends on when I'm working the Weyrfest room. I know I am NOT dragging my happy self up at seven in the morning again this year. Trust me, you all do NOT want to deal with Morning Ara. My roommates last year were lucky, I had things to preoccupy me. ;) As far as meeting up and walking to D*C, uh, well quite a few of us are staying in the hotels AT D*C, so that's kinda off. Actually, the Hyatt would probably be best, I think. Heide, Mitch and I went there last year on Sunday morning to grab coffee on the floor above the entrance level. There's a place to grab breakfast and plenty of tables to sit at and pull chairs together. White Chocolate Mocha... WOW!!! does that have a sugar kick! Oh, and it was REALLY empty. I think it was around ten? They were just starting to open up the bar up there, not Avanzar, the other one.

I'm not unknown to rise early in the mornings ... but please do tell ... what is this strange thing you mention ..... Breakfast? :confused: ;)

The DivaKat seems to remembersomeone posting a thread about international pancake day at one point. FYI pancakes CAN be eaten for breakfast.
