My little ditties!

(No, I can't draw! LOL)
I got an idea of making little window, well, stained window type pictures, and here are my first attempts! :D
These 2 dragons are my very first attempts, and I only had 1 window paint, so I used normal paint for the other bits, and I only did one coat of the green window paint.
Warning though: most of these will be dragons, providing I can find enough decent pictures/images I can use for templates - they have to be reasonably simple outlines so I can trace them etc :D

I did use 2 different blues but they turned out almost the same when they dried! :roll: As I said though :laugh:L these are only my first attempts, I wonder how long it'll be before I get bored of it.. :blink:

Monkey, I was told by Plat I think, that she is from Dragon Tails, why is that crappy? (I didn't take it from there, I actually found her in a picture manipulation tutorial LOL )

The base clear stuff I use is actually old xrays bleached (the bleach has to be quite strong to work easily) I got them from the lady that I got my dragon prism from :D
Tha paints are reasonably cheap for me, I'm guessing they'd be cheaper for you, living in the US, between $2 and $3 per bottle, and an OHP pen, nothing too drastic - oh and no special paintbrushes, just plain toothpicks will suffice ;)

Anyways Jinn, I used old x rays that I'd bleached the colour/blackness out of, you could try asking at your doctor's office, and I got the paints from Red Dot/Cost Plus, and Spotlight, not sure what sort of cheap shops you have over that side, Crazy Clarks, Cheap as Chips something like that?
And you'llneed some sort of OHP (overhead projector) pen to draw your outline on the film and tootpicks to paint with - nothing flash here! LOL

Unfortunately I put it in the window (and sun) for 2 days and all the purple in the background, and most of the blue from the spikes have kind of leached out of the picture, leaving it silvery... :( shouldn't happen really, since they are supposed to be window paints!
