Moulds?

My little brother has asked me to make a dagger out of clay, modeled on one in a manga book. I think I can do this, but he then wants me to make a mould so that he can make one out of plastic. Can anyone tell me how to make a mould? I REALLY don't want to go to all the trouble of making such an irritatingly detailed knife and then bust it to pieces or ruin it in any other way possible when making a mould :faint: .


Will this thing even work in a mould? (I had to chop off the end of the blade to make it fit here; that part is just normal looking anyway :shrug: .)

I would like to know the same! Though a dagger would be relatively simple to make as a mould once you have the technique, it only requires the 2 sides rather than lots of separate bits that need to be joined later.
