I don't know myself, I don't have the game (although I REALLY want it!) but there are some walkthroughs for the game that I've found on the net before, I'll see if I can find it again...

Ok, you stop the kid from stealing the sweets. You let her touch your dragon. She gives you some (slightly) sticky sweets. You go to the booth, oh, I forget, the one with the toy top and she will give you that. Then you go back to fort and talk with Jax. And he will trade you the sweets and the top for a tunnel snake. Provided you got the snake basket from the dark caves when you rescued him.

I am stuck in the game!!!!
Here's my dilemma:
chapter 7, quest 7-2 open the gate on the ground floor of the Ierne Temple.
I have moved each stone statue, pulled every lever. Four times because I thought maybe the first time I did them in the wrong sequence.
the main gate won't open.
Am I missing something?
can someone help?????

Ok, glad you got it. When I finally got it, I wrote it down and saved it out in the handbook.

I am re-playing it on this new compie, to make sure I can, before I take my old compie over to my mom's house for storage.

So I can help if you get stuck on anything.

Hi again,
i'm stuck again. It is toggling between the sneak mode and action mode.
i'm in the prison, I need to press a button to activate the gate. (another gate! :banghead: )
I've tried and tried, I managed to toggle before, but just can't seem to get it to work this time.
does anyone know what the guy in the walk through at:

means my the "Ins" button on the computer?
i thought maybe insert, but that isn't working.
Before I could hit the shift button just right and it would change from Stealth to Action.

Are you on a lap top?

Cos if you are on a laptop you will need to experiment a bit to see which key you need to use.

I have some concern there too, as I am now playing on a lap top and I am not that far yet.

On my old compie it was the Ins + 0 keys to get it to work. That was with a regular key pad though. Not so sure about the laptop yet.

Not to mention that I can not get the camera angle to change while on the laptop. I could on the regular pc.

You might have to go in and change the settings in the game.

Good luck. I am getting to that point myself.

ok i need help again i'm at Ierne temple and walked around the only thin i can find is a bunch of bushes i need to get rid of it can somebody tell me how to do that :)

you need to get a bottle of acid from the native bloke living on the island you must sneak behind him to his sture and search for a bottle. you must then find the vat of acid.

Amy's right, while in the hunter's lodge, you go up where Lear was standing and get a bottle. Then find the vats to fill it with acid. That clears the plants so you can get into the temple.

Thanks, i'll try the combo of Ins+0 keys.
but by Ins you mean "Insert" key, correct?

I just wish I could remember how i did get it to work the last time!

Well, on my old compie, the 0 and INS are the same button,and that is what I pressed. To move the camera angle it was the other numbers on the key pad.

gee I read the posts here and I dont remember a bush or a bottle that I had to fill with acid or temple doors. The walk through I have is fantastic step by step for PC or dream caste

I think if after you get the empty bottle, walk back down the ramp and stay the right walking around the walls, you'll find three large sized "vats". That is where you get the acid.
you are still in the hunters lodge for this. I can't remember though if it is right or left from the ramp.
I was always going in circles trying to get out! and kept coming across those silly vats! :crazy:
but there are three of them, so you can't miss them. :ok:
