I'm here, and thoroughly depressed that we lost so many friends with the move, I really hoped we could survive intact as a community. I really don't like "Meeting of the Minds", and have no intention of visiting it much. I think it's the layout or something. I'll also miss the extensive archives on the KTBB. Oh, well. In 5 years we'll hardly know the difference, right?

I'm in the middle of moving (and sore, and bruised due to my hubby dropping a bedframe on me :eek: ) so I won't be around much at fitst. My computer isn't even hooked up yet, it's a pile of computer and desk parts. The best thing though, is that I have a private den just for me and my computer! :devil:

The phone/internet is supposed to be hooked up Tuesday, but who knows when my computer will be put together. Until then I'll wind my way through the maze of boxes to try to get to the library's internet connections.

Oh, and can some kind hostie transfer my postcount? Even though I intended to do shameless post-count padding, I never got around to it. Something about finals and moving all happening at once... :redfruit:

You could get your old avatar from the KT by right-clicking it and selecting 'save image as'.

I hadn't been in the KT since the semester started back in September - maybe even before that because I moved in August and had a rough time getting my computer hooked up. I'm very, very good about not letting any outsanity interfere with my schooling, but here I am, playing ketchup on the last day of Final exams instead of reading my history notes. Ah, well - I've got an A in there already, if I end up with a B it's not the end of the world.

SO glad to have made it! But also so sad that the KTL - which was my online home for so long - is going, going, gone.
