We were all sitting on chat a few nights ago(bronzie, Pat, Ian, LL, and I fogot the others)

Ian/PAt/the other person start talkign about Commadore and that sort of stuff- back in 1963.

I told them all, I feel young!

Pat asked me how old I was.
I said 15.

Evreyone told me I was the youngest on.
Since then, I've the right to call Pat grandma! :D

I never did honestly realize age diffrences- till now! :D

 I did realized the difference when I was 16! It's not too bad, but I know there are pretty much as much younglings there are with older folks. It is a shock, isn't it?
Poor Pat!
I tihnk we both were surprised!

Yes, there's a big diversity in ages here, and I think it's great that all ages can come together and socialize without only talking with certain "groups". :D

I noticed very early on in my membership. A lot of the younger folk here tend to think I am younger than I am. Probably because I tend to play. Hey I come here to unwind. Playing and having fun is the key. BTW, I am actually a 35 year old mum.

Is that mental or physical age? :redfruit:

Heheh, here you can get your learner permit at 16, but you can't drive on your own til you're 18.

Age difference seems to mean nothing when you can't see the person you are talking to, of course, until people start talking about things that you just don't know about because you are too young.

I think I'm about 13 in mind-years. Still a kid, but can be an adult sometimes

Wow...I feel REALLY young here. There are some people I think of as in their twenties or even HS years...and then they mention their KIDS with an "S" and I'm like .

I've had older people *cough cough*Faren*cough* think that I was their age when really I'm only 20. Not sure if I should be flattered or not. :erm:

I figure if I can enjoy my mother and my neighbor's company (both in their 80's) down to babygirl (well, I think I just TOLERATE her age, but do enjoy #1-3 - ages 21-14 1/2) people's age here is no big deal either. It's part of the wonderful stratization (sp? vocab?) of the internet. We have similar interests, therefore we get along.

At post conference parties where half the delegates are sloshed, age differences are of minimal importance.

*clears throat*

*puts on smiley face*

'be as young as you think you are, and not as old as you feel'. hehe sorry we have had rehersals today and i have got that song stuck in my head it seemed appropirate

its a shock as well that there are so many different ages here, yet you can still have an 'adult' conversation because people arnt fussed about age

oh by the way im 16 next year, just thought i would share that with everyone lol

Besides, I know some very mature 13 year olds (my adopted niece), and some very childish 40 year olds (all my co-workers, lol). I talk to people on here, unsure if they are 13 or 30, its kind of fun sometimes :)

Honeymouse, rehearsals for what? I don't recognise that line as a song from a show, so , TELL.

I tend to think of everyone on here as being my age (19). Everyone is just so full of fun and peppyness. The KT is deffinately one of my favorite places to hang out.

I was a bit intimidated right at first because most of the people I interacted with were on average 15 years older than me. I was raised to respect my elders but really. Hang here long enough and you tend to start thinking of everybody as equals. Heck, it wasn't even strange to me to chatter and play along with Keio and TAO after a while. :heartbeat

That's one of the things I love about this place. I haven't really found this easyness anywhere else. :)

That's cause us older ones are senile.

Most people tended to think I am younger than I really am.

I have NO idea why!

*laughs* Most people seem to think the same of me, to the point where a family friend said she thought I was 17 (I'm 20)... Especially when I'm with my sister who's possibly a bit more mature than me... :D

Most of youse guys know I'm a Mom . . . just that I'm (quite) a bit older than most of the mom's of Munchee's classmates . . . of course talking about watching Apollo 11 on a B&W TV tends to give me away . . .
