I'm currently a bit over halfway through Dinosaur Planet, and I keep coming across typoes. There is at least one mistake every 4 or 5 pages, and it's disappointing.
This is not a criticism of Anne. We all make mistakes (I daresay that there will be one or more in this post), and even finished books often have one or two spelling/grammar errors in the final print. However, I can't help thinking that someone at the publishers' should have spotted all this and given the book another once-over. Don't they employ proof-readers as part of the editing process? If so, they weren't doing their job.
