Awesome Ian! :D Isn't it funny how the person who's taking the photos never get a photo of him or herself! ;)
You know they don't celebrate Guy Fawkes here in Aussie, but we do in NZ - I love it :D
Also - who made the firelizards? They're lovely! :D Absolutely Daaaaaahling!

We got the fire lizards at Dragon*Con, we got them from the lady who made them, but right now I can't lay my hands on her details (what with all the new furniture & the decorating the place is even more chaotic than usual!).

Guy Fawkes was born right here in York, & the one place where they don't burn an effigy of him is St. Peter's school, because they don't burn Old Boys!

*in a small voice* :erm: Ian, how much did they charge for them?

Jax, found the info about the firelizards, they're made by Cheryl Simshauser, PO Box 8244, Pittsburg, CA 94565-8244, & the has a website at http://ourworld.compuserve.com/homepages/sundreams . Small ones like Anneli's $30, the ones we got are $45 each, full details of all the types she does are on the website.

Bob, never heard about him being Portugese, maybe his parents were, but even so there's a plaque marking the site of his parents' house (in Stonegate), and he was definitely a pupil at St. Peter's.

Great Photos Ian :applause:

Memo to self - must buy a Digital Camera to go with new Laptop ;)

Once again thanks for getting the Fire Lizards for me. Neelie and Ticky were pleased with the surprise they got, unfortunately they had to wait until Xmas before their new friends got to their new home.

My blue Timi is very comfortable in his place by the Pern books in my "office" ie little bedroom ;)

PS - Ian, if you do this again remember to get one for yourself next time :D

Thanks for the link Ian - I'm assuming that's all in US$
That woman is amazing, the gryphons are kewl, and the Valkyr dragons are pretty detailed in their faces! :D It'd be awesome to have a fire lizard though! The giant one especially is very impressive!
