Bump Wrote a poem in honor of Suzy Kitster's loved and now late Feline sweetheart

Had me in tears, Purp! I hope you've sent it to her, she will love it. I wonder why it is that sad events, partings, and leavetakings often make the best poems? Well put together!

I did send the poem about Suzy to Kit, she told me she was going to show it to Ian "when he got home"

I love the one titled "My Daughter", especially the line about dimples. It reminded me of my son and a favorite thing he used to do when he was little. At the time he wasn't sure what a "hug" was, so he'd put his cheek against mine and say "HUG". To this day, cheek to cheek, is a "Freddy hug"! :D Hmmmm, have to think about that. Might be something to write there! :ok:
