This is excellent - it is funny, informative, and displays a side of her you rarely see. :bouncy:

Hey, that's a great find! I hadn't seen this one before!

XS: I wish I were so dedicated. Doing research for your novels must take a lot of time, too.
AM: If you organize your questions, research doesn't take that much time--especially now one has the resources of the Web. Or e-mail.
Anyone think Anne sounds just a touch snarky there, especially since she said flat-out, "You haven't done your research" above when the interviewer asked if she wanted to write anything besides sci-fi or fantasy.

Oh, that first one is hard to read - neon green on black! I like that she calls Robert Silverberg "Silverbob"!
And there's not much to the second one, but I like this bit -
SFBC: "Masterharper is about a character who is already passed from the scene."
AMC: Well, you see Robininton was very annoyed that I killed him off.

"Do you have any pets and, if so, what kind? What are their particular characteristics?
Anne: I have cats - or rather, they have me."
This one is touching:
"What do you remember as the worst ever moment in your life?
Anne: I've had several 'worst moments' - but the recurrent one was the realization that, with plenty of funds available, the one thing I could not purchase was a cure for my daughter who suffers from Crohn's Disease. I think the second worst was the realization that my marriage was over and divorce was essential for the safety of my children."
....
Anne: What's MTV?

This interview is a bit of a laugh, she seems to have fun 'teasing' XS though XS really should have done his homework.
Love it :ok:
