Keita

Born and raised under the sunny skies of South-Africa, and with no serious intention of ever setting foot out of Africa (unless something comes up), Keita nevertheless enjoys to travel (as long as the trunk of books goes along). No bio of Keita, (formerly "Att-Att"), would be complete without mentioning his all-consuming passion for cars and his love of cooking. Strangely enough (a sign of insipient insanity no doubt) he also loves nature and is currently doing a Masters in Environmental Management. Keita joined the KT on 30 September 2003 and has been here ever since.

Dux

Originally from New York State, I grew up, (mostly), in Brooklyn. I went to University in Buffalo and taught Social Studies on Long Island before moving to Northern Virginia 8 years ago. Now married for 7 years, I have two children and am a stay-at-home mom. I was introduced to Anne McCaffrey by my sister when I was 18 and have been hooked ever since. I joined the OKT back in 2000/2001, but didn't become an avid poster until early 2003.

Ian

Ian lives in York, England, where he has family roots going back at least to the 12th century. Married to fellow KTLer Lady Legira (LL), and they live with LL's twin sister, Bardmaiden (BM), in a state of ongoing chaos and fun, along with around 5,000 books!! Ian has an honours degree in Media Technology and Production, and enjoys music (especially progressive rock), fantasy, mediaeval history, and making artwork on the computer (see his avatar for an example), which probably explains why he's a host in the new Art forum. Most likely to be encountered in KTL after midnight UK time (he and LL are definite nightowls!).

Born in New Zealand, but now residing in Australia. Please don't call me an Aussie or I will have to smash ya! I started reading Anne when I was about 12 years old and never stopped, now I have almost completed my collection. I found KT in its first incarnation back in 2000, and joined up with the OKT in September 2000. Was made a host by October 2000 and have been here ever since. They couldn't get rid of me if they tried!

Kat

Kat born in California lives in Upstate N.Y. with her daughter Kayleigh aka the imp. And her cat Tiberius Clawdius aka the monster. A fan of Anne for over 25 years, an aspiring archivist by chance. I've had several versions over the years of a map of Pern. And recently had the pleasure and approval of both Anne, Todd McCaffrey and Harry and Marilyn Alm in person of the final version. A relatively new host to the staff, but not new in enthusiasm.

Mausey

Mausey is the only Canuck host and a homemaker. Hobbies include watching her youngest son play football, reading, baking, reading, volunteering at the library, reading, cleaning ...... erm..... reading. *grins* what can I say.

Sharon

Sharon lives in Southern California, USA, with a spoiled cat. In addition to reading, she has a passion for cooking and baking. Some of her bread recipes have won ribbons at the Orange County Fair. She also has experience with a local community theatre.

Wolfegar

Wolfegar lives in Northeastern Illinois, USA, just South of the Wisconsin border. With him live his Wifey, (Tanje, and he's still trying to get her to post on the board!), the cat, (Luna), and an uncounted number of fish.
